Having no chance against SJ10xx in West, you play small spade to the Ace, both defenders follow with the 5 and the 6.
When you play the 3, East plays the 7.
What would you play from your hand and why?

Easy -
I play the 9 finessing against the JTxx of East and claim when it wins

Considering the fact you asked a question regarding a trivial hand means there must be more to it, , hence the finesse.

I don't see any reasson to play anti precentage (except the one mentioned before me) I would therefore play the KS before AS to catch a singlton honor with LHO.

First, as said before, there is no reason to play low.
Second, I would have played different:
After the A D I would cash the AK Cl and then play K Sp and Sp to the A.
In this way if W has single 10 or J you can now play low Sp to your Q9.
Also if E has single 10 or J you have an extra chance.
You ruff the last Cl and if W has somthing like :
J9xx
AKx
QJ10
xxx
you can play low H to the Q and no matter what W returns you can cash the high red cards and play low D. Now W will be endplayed.
